The catalyst is a platinum complex. They are non-toxic and non-flammable, easy to use. The main properties are: high fluidity, mixing ratio 1:1, fast curing, high details reproduction, very low shrinkage. Both fluid and putty products with different hardness are available.

Series 300
They are bi-component RTV-2 silicone rubber vulcanizing at room temperature with a poly-addition process. They are biocompatible, non-toxic and they don’t release any substances both during and after the curing. High mechanical properties and low viscosity give very flexible and resistant moulds and high details reproduction.
Series 300T
They are bi-component RTV-2 silicone rubber vulcanizing at room temperature with a poly-addition process. They are biocompatible, non-toxic and they don’t release any substances both during and after the curing. Its particular formulation allows to produce transparent and translucent moulds with high mechanical strength, high flexibility and resistance, high details reproduction.
Series 500
They are putty poly-addition silicone rubber which cures at room temperature with a low shrinkage. They are used in the hobbies sector to prepare moulds for the reproduction of objects. The product is applied directly on the object to copy. Curing is fast and hardening takes place in a few minutes from the start of mixing. You obtain rigid and resistant moulds with high fidelity of reproduction and excellent dimensional stability.
Series 900
They are bi-component RTV-2 silicone rubber vulcanizing at room temperature with a poly-addition process. The mix ratio is 10:1. They are biocompatible, non-toxic and they don’t release any substances both during and after the curing. They are mainly used in the field of pad-printing.
Series Spray
They are bi-component RTV-2 silicone rubber vulcanizing at room temperature with a poly-addition process. They are biocompatible, non-toxic and they don’t release any substances both during and after the curing. Their specific formulation allow to use of these products by spray pumping technique. The high fluidity and the fast curing allow to produce vertical moulds of considerable sizes in short time. High mechanical properties and low viscosity give very flexible and resistant moulds and high details reproduction.
Additives PA
They are specific products to add to the silicone rubber to obtain special performance. Examples: retardants and curing accelerators adjust the speed of vulcanization, releasing or agents or glues facilitate the adhesion of the silicone rubber the detachment from the model, the colours allow to obtain moulds with the desired colours.
