The catalyst is a tin complex. The main properties are good viscosity, high mechanical strength and high chemical resistance to polyester and polyurethane resins. Both fluid and putty products with different hardness are available.
Our RTV-2 Poly-condensation silicone rubber offer
Series 5
They are pourable bi-component RTV-2 silicone rubber, vulcanizing at room temperature with a poly-condensation process. They give a perfect replica of the original item. Highly resistant in all circumstances and thermo-stable. The main properties are high fluidity, fast curing, low tear strength. They’re recommended for limited reproductions (not in series) of simple moulds without undercut.
Series 100
They are pourable bi-component RTV-2 silicone rubber vulcanizing at room temperature with a poly-condensation process. They give a perfect replica of the original item. Highly resistant in all circumstances and thermo-stable. For their high tensile strength, they’re recommended for reproduction of elastic moulds (even with undercut) in the artistic foundries, decorative objects, etc. Excellent performance for reproduction in wax, plaster, resin models.
Additives PC
They are specific products to add to the silicone rubber to obtain special performance. Examples: retardants and curing accelerators adjust the speed of vulcanization, releasing or agents or glues facilitate the adhesion of the silicone rubber the detachment from the model, the colours allow to obtain moulds with the desired colours.
